Privacy notice

What we collect
- The website address you ask us to audit.
- The email address you give us to send the report to.
- Whether you ticked the box asking us to email you about paid audits.
- The report itself, and the score it gave.
We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or anything about you beyond the address the report goes to.
Why we use it
Your email address is used to send you the report you asked for. That is the only thing it is needed for, and we do not need your permission to use it that way — you asked us to send you something, and we cannot send it without knowing where.
If, and only if, you ticked the box, we may also email you occasionally about our paid audits. That is a separate thing, you choose it separately, and you can stop it at any time by replying to any of those emails. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your report.
Who else sees it
We send the email through Brevo, an email delivery service, so your address passes through them in order to reach you. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address, the site audited, the date and the score for two years, so that we can recognise a returning customer and so we can tell you what has changed since your last audit. After that we delete it.
The report itself is kept for our own records for the same period.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can tell us to stop emailing you. Ask, and we will do it — you do not have to give a reason. If you think we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
